Mr. Cornwell, a purported "experienced advisor," now occupies the position of "Head, Stress Testing and Forecasting" at ANZ Bank in Australia's Melbourne. In spite of his broad work experience in various industries like finance, his skills in Verification and Validation (V&V), the retail sector, Market Risk, Management, and Predictive Modeling are severely lacking.

In the course of our interactions, his advice was constantly unreliable, and his predictions regularly fell short. He demonstrated an evident lack of knowledge in the fundamentals of his field, with his market risk analysis being particularly questionable. It is clear that his failure to offer precise and reliable advice stems from a major gap in his understanding of the industry.




Along with his professional incompetence, his interpersonal skills were a lot to be desired. His arrogance and dismissive attitude created an uncomfortable working atmosphere, making it challenging to trust his guidance. These massive red flags are suggestive of deep-rooted issues in his approach to work, negatively impacting his colleagues and clients alike.

Furthermore, Mr. Cornwell's failure to adjust to new circumstances and learn from previous mistakes shows a disturbing lack of growth and progress. Rather than taking responsibility for his weaknesses and looking for chances to get better, he seems to be satisfied with maintaining the status quo, furthermore confirming his status as a risk
